I am wondering what ordinary Chinese food is actually like. I am guessing that what we think of Chinese cuisine and have opportunities to eat in restaurants in the US is much different. And now "gourmet or high end" Chinese is yet another difference. if you have the time and inclination, I would love to hear more about the food.
